I think I need to machine a couple of mm off my speedo drive (1200 Bandit), the out side edge that fits against the fork leg? anyone else tried it? did it still work? or did it fall to bits? looks like it's a possibility? Thanks

did that with a gsxr wp speedo drive, took off 3mm off the outside face so it would fit into slabby forks along with the wp wheel , it works fine
